360 Selfie Booth HQ – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Terms

1.1. A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your event date. This fee will be deducted from the total booking cost.

1.2. Upon confirmation of your booking, 50% of the remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date. Failure to pay this amount by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.

1.3. The final balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event. If full payment is not received by this deadline, the contract will be terminated, and the client will be refunded the balance paid, excluding the non-refundable booking fee.

1.4. Payments can be made through [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.].

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellations made by the client less than 14 days before the event will result in the loss of the non-refundable £50 booking fee, but no further charges will be incurred.

2.2. Cancellations made by the client within 14 days but more than 7 days prior to the event will result in the client being charged 50% of the total booking cost.

2.3. If the client cancels the booking 7 days or less prior to the event, the full cost of the booking will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

3. Event Logistics

3.1. The setup and breakdown of the 360 Selfie Booth will not count toward the rental period. We will ensure the booth is fully operational for the duration of the hire.

3.2. We require 1 hour for setup and breakdown. If additional time is required due to special effects or add-ons, we will inform you in advance.

3.3. If the event is not located on the ground floor and there is no lift access, please inform us at least 7 days in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or service delays.

3.4. If early setup is required (more than 1 hour before the event), idle hours can be added to the booking at an additional charge.

4. Use of the 360 Selfie Booth

4.1. A trained 360 Selfie Booth HQ attendant will operate the booth for the duration of your event.

4.2. Guests will not be permitted to operate the equipment under any circumstances. The attendant will provide clear instructions for safe use.

4.3. All guests must follow the instructions provided by our staff. The client will be held liable for any damage caused to the equipment by guests not adhering to these safety guidelines.

5. Damage and Liability

5.1. The client is responsible for ensuring that the 360 Selfie Booth and any related equipment are treated with care by event guests.

5.2. In the event that the booth or any associated equipment is damaged or stolen due to guest misconduct, the client will be billed for the full cost of repairs or replacement.

6. Image and Data Usage

6.1. By using our services, you grant us permission to use any images or videos captured during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your event content to be used in marketing materials, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

6.2. We comply with all relevant data protection laws, including the GDPR, and will ensure that any personal data collected is handled securely.

7. Force Majeure and Service Disruptions

7.1. In the case of unforeseen events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. A full refund will be provided for cancellations due to force majeure events.

7.2. If technical issues arise during the event, we will make every effort to rectify the issue promptly. If the problem cannot be resolved, a pro-rated refund will be provided based on the time the booth was operational.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kindom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of United Kindom.
